To Whom it May Concern:

Our son loves your Penguin Ladder Game which we purchased last year from a local toy store.

The first day that we got it, he played with it for 3 HOURS STRAIGHT! -- A record for him.  As well, each morning that week, our son would walk into the living room repeating the words:  "Pinguinitos, penguinitos, penguinitos." His mantra was followed by the friendly "squeak--squeak--squeak" of the penguins on the staircase.  It was as if he was going to work!

The toy is also made well, so that despite rough treatment from he and his friends, those penguins just keep marching.

The only problem is that he has lost or hidden 2 of the 3 flightless birds.  Is there a way to order replacement penguins so that he can continue to enjoy this well-constructed toy?
